Yoga sessions

Morning yoga prepares mind and body for the day to start in a gentle way. First we set the day’s intentions. We are focused through movement and mindful breathwork.
All yoga sessions are about self-care and self-expression.
Through a gentle flow we will connect to our bodies. Through movement and breath we will focus and listen to our inner self.
We will be encouraged to accept the beauty of our practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.
All levels are welcome, all kind of bodies are welcome.
