I was working as a civil engineer when i discovered the raw food diet. In a couple of days I went 100% raw and my whole life changed: I quit my job and started making raw desserts and selling them all over Athens.
I also started a yoga teacher training and I became a yoga teacher. I found what I love and a way to express my self.
Today I am a qualified raw pastry chef, I teach raw food cooking in a vegan chef school and I make a lot of plant-based workshops.
My love for food, retreats, travelling, yoga and teaching is my motivation for co-founding Pliades retreats.
